Terms of Service

Welcome to Shop Mini. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our CRM platform, web applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Shop Mini. By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business and that you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Certain features may be subject to additional terms or policies; if so, those are incorporated by reference where applicable.

You must provide accurate, current registration information (including contact email) and promptly update any changes.

You must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials (passwords, API keys, or OAuth tokens). You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may verify your identity or business information before granting access to certain capabilities. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws (including consumer protection and marketing rules where relevant).

You must not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service except where permitted by law; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; interfere with others’ use; transmit malware; scrape or overload our systems beyond reasonable automated use documented in writing; or resell access without our consent.

AI-assisted features are provided as assistive tools. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, complying with regulations, and not presenting AI-generated content in a misleading way toward your customers.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect about account holders and administrators, how we process it, and your core rights.

Depending on how you configure the Service, you may store personal data relating to your end customers (“Customer Data”). You are the controller of Customer Data where applicable laws say so; we process it only to provide and secure the Service, as described in agreements and policies.

You must secure appropriate notices, permissions, or legal bases required for uploading Customer Data. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful or non-compliant handling of Customer Data, to the extent permitted by law.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO SHOP MINI FOR THAT PERIOD OR, IF GREATER LIABILITY IS REQUIRED BY MANDATORY LAW, SUCH MINIMUM REQUIRED AMOUNT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL).

Certain jurisdictions may not permit some of these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowable.

You may stop using the Service and request account closure according to instructions in-product or via support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risks, exceed fair-use limits communicated to you, or if we discontinue a service with reasonable advance notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that logically survive (ownership, confidentiality where applicable, limitations of liability, dispute resolution if any, and governing law) remain in force.

Deletion or retention of Customer Data after closure follows our Privacy Policy and any data-processing terms that apply.
